4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance


8. Condition of Containers

  • New containers may show minor handling marks

  • Used containers may display cosmetic wear, dents, or surface rust

  • Such cosmetic conditions do not constitute defects

Structural integrity and door functionality are the primary condition guarantees unless otherwise agreed in writing.


9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery and transport costs are non-refundable unless required by law.


10. Modifications

  • Modified containers are custom products and non-returnable

  • Modifications are performed based on customer specifications

  • The company is not responsible for design suitability unless agreed in writing
